Richard Pruden III, owner of Pruden Roofing, began working in the roofing industry during his high school summers. As a third-generation roofing contractor, he brings deep-rooted knowledge and passion to the business. Born and raised in the area, Richard has built both his career and family locally. He has been married for nearly 17 years and is raising his three children in the same community he serves.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Richard continuously seeks out the latest advancements in roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices. He regularly attends conferences and trade shows to ensure Pruden Roofing remains at the forefront of innovation and quality.
In 2018, Richard expanded operations by launching Pruden Manufacturing, a sister company focused on custom sheet metal fabrication. Recognizing a need for local, high-quality metal work, this addition allows for greater control over materials, timelines, and craftsmanship.
In 2020, Pruden invested in a metal panel machine capable of producing custom roof panels on-site, increasing efficiency and precision. In 2024, the company further enhanced its capabilities with the addition of a Jorns double folder brake machine, enabling advanced fabrication and superior product quality.
